Q : How can I sign up for the service?
» Click on "New User Sign Up Here" link available in almost each page or click here.
 
Q : How do I place a call?
» Search for a local access number from access-number page and follow these steps
» STEP 1 : Dial local access number
» STEP 2 : If calling phone is registered, at the prompt enter the destination number as COUNTRY + PHONE. Please do not dial 011 before entering the COUNTRY code.
» If your phone is not registered, enter the PIN number and dial the destination number
 
Q : How can I register a phone number so I do not have to enter PIN when placing a call?
» Login to your account >> Click "Change Phone number" >> and Click UPDATE
 
Q : Though I have registered my phone, I am being asked to enter PIN?
» Please make sure that Caller-ID is not blocked when you are calling from registered phone number.
 
Q : Can I call from a pay phone?
» Yes, but you will need your PIN number to make a call.
 
Q : How is calling time calculated?
» Each call is rounded to nearest higher minute.
  Ex: If you call for a duration of 9 min 45 sec, then its calculated to 10 minutes
 
Q : Why does my call fail, even if I dialed a valid number?
» Certain numbers could not be terminated such as Toll free numbers like 1800, 1900 etc.,
» If you experiencing the problem for other numbers, please raise a ticket with customer support.
 
Q : Can I use your service, if I have my caller ID blocked?
» Yes, if have blocked Caller-ID on your registered phone, you can dial *82 before dialing the access number.

Q: How to check my account details?
» Please use our secure login page. Enter your email and password to access various account details.
 
Q: Are there any account related or call related fee?
» No. There are no additional fees whatsoever other than per minute charges based on the destination.
 
Q: What happens if I lose my PIN?
» Login to our website and you will be able to see the Account PIN. If you forget the login details, please fill up the " Forgot Password? " link and if you don't have login access please register your account.
 
Q: How do I recharge my account?
» Login to your account and click Recharge Account. You can use your "Visa", "MasterCard", "Discover" and "American Express" credit cards to make payment.
 
Q: When does my account expire?
» Your account gets expired if you do not use for one year. All information related to the account will be deleted and you will loose any unused credit.
 
Q: Is it safe to purchase over the Internet?
» We encrypts your confidential information during transit from your computer to system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)
